All team members, regardless of full or part-time, are eligible for five paid vacation days after one year of employment. Employees working 32+ hours per week are awarded two additional days every two years.
To promote work/life balance, we strive to approve flex-time requests wherever possible. This allows schedules to be adjusted in order to accommodate life, while still completing the number of hours scheduled.
