This allows you to complete electronic forms and receive email receipts effortlessly, ensuring a streamlined experience.
If, by chance, you misplace your login information, notify us, and we will gladly assist you by sending a temporary password. We ask that you refrain from creating duplicate accounts to maintain the integrity and accuracy of your booking details.
Cancellations
To ensure optimal scheduling and accommodate all our valued guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% fee for the scheduled service(s), and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged the total price of the missed appointment as we strive to honor the commitment of our team members' time.
We firmly uphold this policy to maintain the integrity of our schedule and continue providing quality services to all our valued guests. Please note that a credit card on file is required to secure and reserve your appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding of how such instances impact our operations.
Punctuality
We value the time and commitment of our guests and team members. Please arrive on time for your appointment, allowing us to provide the best service possible. We know unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer a ten-minute grace period. However, after ten minutes, appointments will be considered no-shows, and our cancellation policy will apply.
